I put out the request on Saturday and David called. He is polite on the phone and provided a competitive quote for first thing Monday morning to visit my rental property. Whilst I wasn’t there personally, the job is done quickly and my tenant is happy. Whole process is smooth and painless. Would recommend.

The thermostat in our shower needed replacing, we had tried other companies who could not find a replacement part and dragged the work out for weeks without fixing the shower. David visit once, found the part and ordered it. There was a few supply issues but he stuck out the order and managed to source the part and fixed the shower as soon as it arrived. Very good service.

David replaced the malfunctioning boiler in our house. He was prompt, thorough, knowledgable, genial and extremely easy to deal with. In addition to boiler replacement and installation, he provided an overview of our (new) house's plumbing state and actively talked me our of some expensive extra work I was considering. I hiughly recommend David for professionalism, skill and approach.
